Why does Lampsy need a membership?

Lampsy is the sensor: it detects the movements. The membership is what processes that data 24 hours a day, sends the alerts and gives you the app, where you watch live video, review detected events and keep the diary.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can change plan from your account whenever you need to, as your family's needs change.

Does Lampsy work without an active plan?

Without an active membership you receive no alerts and have no access to the app. Continuous monitoring and alerts are exactly what the membership provides.

Do emergency contacts have to pay or download anything?

No. Your emergency contacts are alerted without paying anything and without installing the app.

Can I cancel the membership at any time?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you like, with no minimum commitment period.
